Purpose
1. Reflect the activities of community volunteers through
a national workshop
on community volunteers.
2. Provide opportunities for community volunteers to express there media production throughout photo collection under theme "My Community".

Background
Since mid-2008 date There are
more than 300
communities were trained on skills to produce and disseminate
information, including: professional
photographer skill, recording skill, writing and
interview skills, computer skill, Produce brochures skill, Radio
producer skill, and radio drama producer skill.
Community volunteers were recruited by the community from various provinces throughout Cambodia including Indigenous and non-Indigenous.
Some of them
have acquired more skills and some also acquire one skill depending on their ability and capacity
respectively.
Through these skills they actively involved in seeking support in advocacy for their
community to help
encourage participation solve the problems
in their communities in a
fruitful response, especially for those community who got a camera and photographer skill from
Building Community Voices organizations.
Given respected to their effort, The Building Community Voices organizations has initiative idea to prepare an event to display their photos to encourage
them, as well as meaningfully share the story of those community to the public. Gaining a chance from that occasion, too, we will arrange a national
seminar for community volunteers to build their relationship to each other and exchange
mutual experiences and discuss strengths and the point should improve for
solving social problem in the future.

ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងសកម្មភាពរបស់អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផលិតព័ត៌មានសហគមន៍ តាមរយៈសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផលិតព័ត៌មានសហគមន៍។

ផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផលិតព័ត៌មានសហគមន៍
បានបញ្ចេញស្នាដៃថតរូប តាមរយៈរូបថតសម្រាំងក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សហគមន៍ខ្ញុំ»។
សង្ខេប៖
ចាប់តាំងពីពាក់កណ្តាលឆ្នាំ២០០៨
រហូតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន មានសហគមន៍ប្រមាណជាង ៣០០
នាក់ត្រូវបានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលើជំនាញប្រមូល ផលិត
និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានដែលក្នុងនោះមានដូចជា៖ ជំនាញថតរូប ជំនាញថតសំលេង ជំនាញសរសេរព័ត៌មាន
និងយកបទសំភាស ជំនាញកុំព្យូទ័រ ជំនាញផលិតខិត្តប័ណ្ណផ្សព្វផ្សាយ
ជំនាញផលិតកម្មវិធី វិទ្យុ និងល្ខោនវិទ្យុ។
អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផលិតព័ត៌មានសហគមន៍សុទ្ធតែត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសដោយសហគមន៍
ពីបណ្តាខេត្តនានាទូទាំងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា រួមមានទាំងជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច
និងមិនមែនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច។ ពួកគាត់ខ្លះបានទទួលនូវជំនាញច្រើនមុខ
ហើយខ្លះក៏ទទួលបានជំនាញតែមួយមុខអាស្រ័យទៅតាមលទ្ធភាពនិងសមត្ថភាពរបស់ពួកគាត់រៀងៗខ្លួន។
តាមរយៈជំនាញទាំងនេះពួកគាត់បាន
ចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចការស្វែងរកការគាំទ្រមិតិ របស់សហគមន៍ពួកគាត់ដើម្បីជួយជំរុញឲ្យមានការចូលរួមដោះស្រាយនូវបញ្ហាក្នុងសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគាត់ប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា
ជាពិសេសសហគមន៍ដែលបានទទួលជំនាញ ថតរូប និងទទួលបានម៉ាស៊ីនថតរូប
ពីអង្គការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍។
ដោយមើលឃើញនូវការខិត្តខំប្រឹងប្រែង
របស់ពួកគាត់អង្គការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ បានផ្តួចផ្តើមគំនិត រៀបចំជាកម្មវិធី
តាំងបង្ហាញរូបថតស្នាដៃរបស់អ្នកផលិតព័ត៌មានសហគមន៍
ដើម្បីលើកទឹកចិត្តពួកគាត់ក៏ដូចជាចែលរំលែកនូវរឿងរ៉ាវរបស់សហគមន៍គាត់ជូនដល់សាធារណៈជនឲ្យបានជ្រាប។
ឈ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះផងដែរយើងក៏នឹងរៀបចំឲ្យមានជាសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិ
សំរាប់អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផលិតព័ត៌មានសហគមន៍
ដើម្បីពួកគាត់បានទំនាក់ទំនងគ្នា ផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក
និងពិភាក្សារកចំនុចខ្លាំង និងចំនុចគួរកែលំអរ សំរាប់ចូលរួមដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាសង្គមនាពេលអនាគត។
