គោលបំណង៖
១. ផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់សហគមន៍ជាអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផលិតព័ត៌មាន ធ្វើការបង្ហាញស្នាដៃថតរូបរបស់ខ្លួន ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សហគមន៍ខ្ញុំ»
២. ធ្វើការដាស់ស្មារតីដល់សាធារណៈជន អំពីរឿងរ៉ាវជីវិតពិតរបស់ប្រជាសហគមន៍ដែលបាននិងកំពុងជួបប្រទះ ក្នុងដំណើរនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ថ្មី។

Purpose

1. Provide opportunities for community volunteers to express their media production throughout photo collection under theme "My Community".

2. To raise awareness to public audiences about the fact of community people lives in Cambodia in regarding to a new development trend.

Introduction

Since mid-2008 date There are more than 300 communities were trained on skills to produce and disseminate information, including: professional photographer skill, recording skill, writing and interview skills, computer skill, Produce brochures skill, Radio producer skill, and radio drama producer skill.

Community volunteers were recruited by the community from various provinces throughout Cambodia including Indigenous and non-Indigenous. Some of them have acquired more skills and some also acquire one skill depending on their ability and capacity respectively.

Through these skills, the community media volunteers were actively involved in advocacy to help encourage participation from other stakeholder in solving the problems in their communities in a fruitful response, especially for those community who got a camera and photographer skill from Building Community Voices organizations.

In response to their effort, the Building Community Voices organizations has initiated idea to prepare the Community Photo Exhibition event to display community photos to encourage them, as well as share the real story of those community to the public. Gaining a chance from that occasion, too, we will arrange a national seminar for community volunteers to build their relationship among other and exchange mutual experiences and discuss strengths and the point should improve for solving social problem in the future.

However, this is not the first time. We have done this kind of event in 2013 at Cambodia-Korea Cooperation Centre (CKCC) and in 2014 at Meta House. Learning from those experience we hope to improve the quality of the workshop in the coming exhibition.

This time the event will be held at Bophana Centre from December 23^rd, 2015 and the photo will be display until January 10^th, 2016. Launching on 23^rd at 9am. There will be an open discussion with the community people who are the owner of the photos.

Methodology:

· There will be at least 50 photos print out with 42cm by 59.4cm size on the hard board hanged on the wall.

· All photos are publish in a Photo Collection Book there we can find more information about the photos and the profile of photographer.

· All guests are also requested to vote for the best photo they like and the winning photo will be grant a prize for TOP 10. The prize will give to the community photographer during the national seminar after.

- On launching day there will be a floor for question and answer with our community representative who are the owner of the photograph.

រកឃើញរូបដែលទទួលបានសំលេងគាំទ្រច្រើនជាគេឃើញហើយ!

រូបថតអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ក្រុមការងារ អង្គការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សំលេងសហគមន៍ និងក្រុមអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផលិតព័ត៌មានសហគមន៍ ដែលជាម្ចាស់រូបថតទាំង៣២ ដែលបានចូលរួម។

ភ្នំពេញ៖

     បន្ទាប់ពីការតាំងបង្ហាញរូបថតដែលថតដោយសហគមន៍ រយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃនៅសាលពិព័រណ៍ផ្ទះមេត្តារួចមក ជាលទ្ធផលយើងឃើញថាមានរូបថតមួយចំនួនបានទទួលការចូលចិត្តពីសំណាក់ ភ្ញៀវដែលមកទស្សនា។

     ក្នុងចំណោមរូបទាំងនោះយើងសង្កេតឃើញថា មានរូបចំនួនបីដែលត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើស ជាប់ចំណាត់ថ្នាក់ជារូបដែលត្រូវទទួលបានរង្វាន់គឺ ទីមួយរូបស្តីពីការប្រមូលផល ផ្លែគុយ នៅខេត្តពោធិសាត់ ថតដោយលោក ឡឹង ឌីន ទទួលបាន៧សំលេង។ ទីពីររូបថតស្តីពី សកម្មភាពឃាត់បទល្មើសកាប់ឈើប្រណីតខុសច្បាប់ ក្នុងព្រៃឡង់ នៅខេត្តក្រចេះ ថតដោយលោក ហុលវេត ទទួលបាន៦សំលេង និងទីបីរូបស្តីពី សកម្មភាពរែងរ៉ែមាសជាលក្ខណៈគ្រួសារ របស់ជនជាតិគួយ នៅព្រះវិហារ ថតដោយលោក ឃា សុជា ទទួលបាន៦សំលេង។

     គួរំលឹកផងដែរថា ភាគច្រើននៃភ្ញៀវដែលចូលទស្សនា គឺជាជនបរទេស ហើយចំនួនភ្ញៀវដែលបានចូលទស្សនា និងបានចុះឈ្មោះមានចំនួន ៣៤នាក់ (មិនគិតភ្ញៀវដែលមិនបានចុះឈ្មោះ)។

ធនធានធម្មជាតិសហគមន៍ខ្ញុំ

នៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ និងថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១៤និង១៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤ ខាងមុខនេះ អង្គការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សំលេងសហគមន៍ហៅកាត់ថា BCV នឹងរៀបចំជាកម្មវិធី តាំងពិព័ណ៌រូបថតសហគមន៍ ជាលើកទីពីរ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «ធនធានធម្មជាតិសហគមន៍ខ្ញុំ» បន្ទាប់ពីការតាំងបង្ហាញជាលើកទីមួយនៅក្នុងខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៣កន្លងមក ទទួលបានការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងជោគជ័យ។

កម្មវិធីនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង លើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ក្រុមសហគមន៍ជាអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផលិតព័ត៌មាន ដែលបានទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងគាំទ្រពីសំណាក់អង្គការ BCV ក្នុងការនាំយកនូវរូបថត ដែលជាស្នាដៃថតរូបរបស់ពួកគាត់មកបង្ហាញដល់សារធារណៈជន។

ម៉្យាងវិញទៀតការបង្ហាញរូបថតនេះ ក៏ជាផ្នែកមួយក្នុងការនាំយកមកនូវស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងសហគមន៍ ស្តីពីធនធានធម្មជាតិដែលនៅក្នុងតំបន់របស់ពួកគាត់ ដែលជាប្រភពនៃចំនូល សំរាប់រស់រានមានជីវិតរបស់ពួកគាត់ ហើយក៏ជាប្រភពនៃជីវៈចំរុះនានា ថាតើបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ វាបានក្លាយទៅជាយ៉ាងណា? តើវាបានផ្តល់នូវផលប៉ះពាល់ ល្អឬអាក្រក់យ៉ាងណា ចំពោះសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋានផ្ទាល់ ចំពោះសហគមន៍ដែលនៅក្នុងតំបន់ ចំពោះប្រជាជនដែលនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាពិភពលោកទាំងមូល។

ដើម្បីឲ្យបានជ្រាបច្បាស់ និងដើម្បីជាការលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សហគមន៍ សូមអស់លោក លោកស្រីមេត្តាផ្តល់កិត្តិយស ចូលរួមទស្សនាឲ្យបានច្រើនកុះករ។

កម្មវិធីនឹងរៀបចំឡើងនៅ ផ្ទះមេត្តា (Meta House) អាស័យដ្ឋានផ្ទះលេខ ៣៧ វិថីសម្តេចសុទ្ធារស់ ទល់មុខច្រទ្វារចូលខាងលិច សកលវិទ្យាល័យ បៀលប្រាយ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង៨ព្រឹក រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ៥រសៀល ជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ដល់ទី១៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤។
